Their Newest Video: I'll Never Break Your Heart
On a Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles, the filming of the Backstreet Boys'newest video, 'I'll Never Break Your Heart,' took place. The producers chose a peaceful warehouse to film the production. The video focuses on the Boys'personalities. The setting for Nick's scene is decorated to look like his gameroom with Nintendo accessories. Howie's is set-up more with a business and music man attitude. A.J.'s scene is a more sophisticated setting. Brian's has more of a down-to-earth feeling. Kevin's set-up has more of an Edwardian and African personality. The video is being filmed in Spanish also-- something Howie has been wishing for. "I've tried to influence the guys to translate a couple of our songs in Spanish," Howie says. "I think it's personal being I'm part Spanish because my mom's part Puerto Rican. It's part of my blood and I want to reach out to everybody out there," (Tiger Beat). A.J. cut his hair short and dyed the top blonde. This is the first time the group has filmed any of their videos in another language. The group has also been asked to do certain versions of their songs in a few Asian languages, German, Italian, and Dutch.
A 15 year-old model, Jessica Mion,was hired to be Nick's girlfriend. Each of the Boys has a hired girlfriend that they got in a fight with an make-up with at the end of the video. Jessica says, "[Backstreet Boys] are really down-to-earth, more so than you'd expect. And I'm especially excited excited because I'm just getting started in this industry, so it's really neat," (Tiger Beat). Their choreographer, Fatima, who worked with them in 'As Long As You Love Me' is back at it again. This upcoming video is gonna be and you just CAN'T miss it!
