I tried calling Tay and Zac all day the next day. RING RING RING RING "Hello?" I heard Diana say. "Um... HI! This is Kelli. Um... Joy and Edward's daughter." I said hoping
she would remember my parents. "OH yes! I remember your mother and father. What can I do for ya?" She
asked in a sweet voice. "Um.. can I talk to Taylor or Zac?" I asked hoping she'd say yes. "I'm sorry. They're not aloud on the phone at this time. Can I take a
message?" Uh-oh. I thought to myself. I bet I got them grounded. I didn't know
exactly what to say so I said the first thing that came to my head. "Can I talk to Isaac?"
"Ya sure hold on." She said. Oh my gosh it worked! Now maybe I can
ask Ike what happened last night. I though to myself. "Hello?" Isaac said sounding confused. "Hi Isaac! This is Kelli!" "Oh hi Kelli! Nice to hear from you!" He said. "Um... Can you tell me why Tay and Zac aren't aloud on the phone?" I
asked hoping I could get some answers. "I think it's because um... well, they were over at your house last night."
"Oh. That's what I thought. Was Walker and Diana mad?" "Well, sorta. But not that mad." "Are they mad at me? I mean we just watched Armageddon." "Ya they know. Um.. No they're not mad at you or Tay and Zac. They're
just disappointed in them. They told them if they ever go out to be back at 10:00pm, and
they came back at 11:00pm last night, but I'm sure you can still come over." "Oh I wish I could, but I can't. I gotta go shopping with my mom. I just
wanted to make sure Tay and Zac were ok. Well, nice talking to you." "Nice talking to you too! Well, bye-bye!" "Bye!" I hung up the phone - Ike at the Hanson house - "Who was it Ike?" Tay asked as he walked into living room. "It was Kelli." Isaac answered. "Really?!?! What did she say?" Tay asked. "Well, she just called to see if you guys were ok and if mom and dad
were mad at her." Just as Ike finished Zac walked into the room. "Was it Kelli?" Zac asked. "Yeah it was. Are you guys going out?" Ike asked snooping. "No. I don't know if she wants to go out with me." Zac said frowning.
"Good." Ike said. "What do you mean 'Good' ? That's bad!" Zac snapped back. "Zac, you don't need a girlfriend. We're constantly leaving and touring.
You don't need one right now." Ike explained. "Oh Isaac you're just mad 'cause you can't get one!" Zac yelled then ran
out of the room as quickly as possible. Ike looked at Taylor. Tay shrugged and left the
room. Isaac went back to writing his song.
