Dreams

Dreams are filled with hope
Dreams are filled with passion.
Without passion and hope
Dreams are nothing without hope
Dreams are nothing without passion.
We need dreams to give us those things
We also need dreams to have fantasies.
Without fantasies we would have nothing special
Something special to look forward to when you sleep.
Without dreams we would be lost
Lost without hope and passion,
And most importantly we would have no personal world to go.
Where we can escape
Escape from all the pressures with the one we love.



Dare to Dream

Sometimes I lie in bed
Not wanting to sleep
Not wanting to dream
I am afraid
Of what that dream or nightmare may hold
We dare to dream
Dreams hold many things
Some good, some bad
Some painful, some sad
All hold a reason
However, each time is a dare to dream
