STILTNER,  Essie Mae, she is preceded in death by her husband, George "Buster" LOONEY, one brother, Anderson Stiltner, and one sister, Annie Stiltner.  She leaves, her children: Helen Boyd, and Bobby Gene Looney; two sisters, Macie Stiltner and Mary Jane Stiltner; and one brother, Sol Stiltner.

KISER,  Helena b: Apr 7 1951 to Webster and Mary (Clevinger) Kiser of Rockhouse, Ky; d: Oct 22 1996 in Elgin, Illinois from injuries she substained in an explosion in the lab where she had worked for 25 years;  md: Oscar LOPEZ; 3 children:  April Darlene, Paula Denise and Martin Oscar all of Streamwood, Illinois; she leaves her parents, and children, 3 sisters: Rhonda Bartley of Lookout Ky; Patty Gilliam of Belfry, Ky; and Karen Chadorowski of Hanover Park, Illinois; two brohters, Freddie, and Jeffrey Kiser of Lookout.

MULLINS,  Noble and Esta,  They md: in Clintwood, Va on Jun 28 1955; 5 children:  Sondra, Timothy, Keith, Michelle, and Dawn who preceded them in death; he is also survived by 5 brothers, and 5 sisters, while 3 brothers are deceased; she is survived by 3 brothers and one sister.  Noble d: Dec 23 1997 at age 63 at his home; Esta d: Mar 10 1998 due to cancer.  Both were born in Kentucky, Noble later moved to Jackson, Ohio, they were married in Virginia and started their family in South Shore, Ky, they later moved to Indiana, then back to Jackson, Ohio in 1973 to be close to their family.  They were members of the Church of Old Regular Baptist in Beaver, Ohio.

NEWBERRY,  Michael Douglas was b: Mar 2 1958 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was cruelly murdered on May 10 1998 while living in Russelville, Tenn; his wife of two days, Joyce HENSEN died with him.  He leaves his two children:  Shannon Michael Newberry and Holly L. Newberry of Sevierville, Tenn; his parents, Jessie Woodrow and betty R. Newberry; one brother, Randy David Newberry of Rutledge, Tenn; and grandparents: Elmer R. and Lona Murvile Clevinger; he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Sherman and Alta Newberry.

NEWSOME,  Jay Lee and Annie.  Jay Lee was b: Aug 27 1918 to Daniel and Rodine (Hamilton) Newsome at McDowell, Ky.  He was killed in a mining accident on Aug 26 1960; md: Annie Hall on Sept 14 1934 d/o Wayne and Margaret Elizabeth (Newsome) Hall of McDowell, Ky;  They had 3 boys and 6 girls:  Phylistine Mitchell, Madeline Mitchell, Klinnon, and Arnold Newsome all of Grethel, Ky; Clyde Newsome, and Neveline Blankenship of Wolcottville, Indiana; Charlene Hoover and Emma Grace Emery of Warsaw, Indiana; and Ruthie Tuttle LaGrange.  Annie d: Oct 11 1997 in Warsaw, Indiana at age 79 yrs, 10 mos, and 8 days of age.

O'QUINN,  Daniel  was b: Oct 16 1925 d: Jul 7 1998, s/o Rufus and Lettie O'Quinn, deceased; also deceased are 3 brohters, Clell, Eugene and Jessie; md: Grace HESS; 5 children: Eva Lois Owens of Bristol, Tenn; Gail Jacobs of Tampa, Fla; Douglas M. of Birchleaf, Va; John R. of Abingdon, Va; and James M. of Vansant, Va.  He is also survived by, 5 brothers, James, Lawrence, Frank, Newton, and Ted; 4 sisters: Plina Deel, Charlotte Rose, Fern Rose, and Pattie Baber; his stepmother, Polly McClanahan.

O'QUINN,  Granville  was b: May 26 1907 d: Sep 24 1997, md: Crettie COLEMAN, Sep 28 1929 who d: Oct 3 1991; 6 children, Pearlie Deel, Ival Jean Deel, and Ulan O'Quin and 3 children who preceded him in death, Clinard O'Quin, Ruby Mullins, and Lloyd O'Quinn; also leaves 3 sisters:  Dora Coleman, Rosie Coleman, and Carrie O'Quinn.  Member of the Church of Old Regular Baptist.

O'QUINN,  Jessie Clarence, Sr.  was b: Feb 23 1939 d: Dec 22 1997 Cancer; s/o the late Rufus and Lettie O'Quinn; he was preceded in death by two brothers, Clell and Eugene O'Quinn; he leaves his wife, Betty CLINE, and a daughter, Pam (Wayne) Sullivan, a grandson, Justin Sullivan; six brothers, James Henry, Daniel, Lawrence, Franklin, Newton, and Ted O'Quinn; 4 sisters: Plina Deel, Charlotte Rose, Fern Rose, and Pattie Baber; his stepmother, Polly McClannahan.  Jessie moved to Haysi, Va to Charlottesville, Va in 1958 and was employed by Avis Rent-a-Car for 39 years.

OSBORNE,  Paul D.  was b: Jul 22 1943 in Wise Co., Va; d: Aug 8 1998; he was preceded in death by his father, Elder James Albert Osborne, two brothers, and three sisters.  Survivors include:  his wife, Nancy Corder Osborne; two sons, Brian, David, and daughter- in-law Lisa; his mother, Geneva Osborne Miller; 3 sisters:  Ellen Hall, Buelah Greear, and Edith McCoy; 4 brothers:  Jessee, Marvin, Adam and Martin.  He was employed by ANR Coal Company for 20 years.  Member of the Sandy Ridge Church of Old Regular Baptist.

WALLACE, Hazel was b: Nov 18 1909 d: Feb 10 1998 d/o Bleve "Bev" and Caroline (Deel) Wallace of Elkhorn City, Ky, Pike County; md: William Melvin POTTER, deceased; she was preceded in death by her husband, a sn, William Beverly Potter; brothers: Hassel, Gus and Curtis Wallace and a sister, Corbie Whitley; Her and Bev lived in Kingston, WVa and Wyandotte, Mich before moving to Florida after he retired from Wyandotte Chemical Company; She leaves, a sister, Rushie Cure of Elkhorn City, Ky; a brohter, Ralph of Cookville, Tenn; daughters, Alma Creighton of Carthage, NC; Ellen June (Thomas)  Johnson of Knoxville, Tenn; Mae Sue (Edsel) Grandmason of Seminole, Fla; a son, Daniel Franklin (Judith Thompson) Potter of Taylor, Mich.  Buried in Palatka Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Palatka, Fla.
