This busy intersection, a focal point for five roads - from Khairatabad, Raj Bhavan, Panjagutta, Secretariat - Buddha Purnima - Necklace Road, Khairautabad Flyover and Anand Nagar is a veritable hub of continuous activity. Vehicles of every hue and wheel move on these roads from bicycles to big trucks with heavy loads from and to Bombay highway. Except for the Anand Nagar Road all the others have a double road for a free flow of `to and fro' traffic. The traffic lights here not only act as a sentinel but also regulate them. Right top corner at the base of the flyover is the statue of the famous Engineer Visweswarayya.
