Meg Chilcott

Meg Studied piano, opera and singing at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Her singing teacher was the late Marianne Mathy. Meg's music theatre credits include Schoenberg's Pierrot Lunaire for The Australian Opera; Facade by William Walton for the ABC; and The Owl by Nigel Butterley, which was a one woman 60-minute solo soprano work, that premiered in New York City. Her opera credits include the role of Ann Truelove in The Rake's Progress and Dido and Aeneas and The Sorceress for The Opera Factory, Zurich. Theatre credits include Once Upon a Mattress, Cowardy Custard, A Toast to Melba for the Nimrod Theatre, La Cage Aux Folles and the Begger Woman in Sweeny Todd for the South Australia Theatre Company. For television Meg's credits include The Dismissal, Sons and Daughters, Kings and A Country Practice. Most recently she appeared in Anything Goes for Hayden Productions.
