Peanut Butter Pie
2 prepared chocolate or graham cracker prepared pie crust
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) carton cool whip
1 lb. powder sugar
1/2 (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk
With a mixer or food processor, blend the peanut butter, powdered
sugar, and the softened cream cheese. Gradually pour in the sweetened
condened milk.
When thoroughly blended, fold in one container of cool
whip.
Pour into 2 pie shells. Cover with remaining cool whip.
Top with
chopped nuts if desired. Freeze until ready to serve. Enjoy!
My family love it when I make this it is one their favorite deserts.
Pear Pie
1 vanilla pie crust
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 Tbs.. vanilla
1 can pears sliced
Brown sugar & cinnamon
Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla together.
Mix brown sugar and
cinnamon together. Roll pears in sugar and cinnamon.
Pour
cream cheese mixture into pie crust , lay pears on top .
Bake at 325 degrees
for 30 minutes. Put in ice box , let cool .

Quick Cherry Dessert
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Powdered sugar to dust over top, opt.
In a large mixing bow, cream together the
butter and sugar.
Add the eggs. Beat
until light and fluffy.
Add the almond extract. Stir in the flour
and baking powder.
Mix until smooth.
Butter a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
Turn the
mixture into the pan.
Spoon the pie filling into the cake,
in 16
spots, spacing 4 spoonfuls evenly in each
direction.
Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until
golden and cake tests done.
Filling will
sink into the cake while baking.
To serve, cut into 16 pieces.
Place bottom side up on serving plate. Dust
with powdered sugar, if used.
Spoon slightly
sweetened whipped cream over each serving,
if desired.
This is great served warm.
Coca- Cola Cake
2 cups self-rising flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 sticks margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 tsp. soda
3 Tbs.. cocoa
1 1/2 cup miniature
marshmallows
In saucepan, bring to boil margarine and cocoa;
add Coca-Cola. Pour
over flour and sugar.
Beat eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and soda. Pour into first
mixture.
Add marshmallows and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Icing
1 stick margarine
1 box confections sugar
3 Tbsp.cocoa
1 cup pecans
8 Tbs.. Coca-Cola
Ice Cake while warm.
Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake
2 cups vanilla wafers crumbs
2 (8oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
6 Tablespoons Margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Combine wafer crumbs and margarine,press
into bottom and sides of 9- inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. In 1 qt.
Heavy saucepan, melt caramels with milk over low heat
stirring frequently, until smooth. Pour over crust. Top with pecans.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate; pour over pecans. Bake for 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan:
cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
