Great ghosts!
'A Christmas Carol' is back on KMUW
What: Live KMUW radio broadcast of " A Christmas Carol"

Wichita State University's public radio station, KMUW 89.1 FM, will broadcast live a reading of "A Christmas Carol" at 4 p.m. Sunday Dec. 14, from Wilner Auditorium. For the second year, a cast of Wichita State University students, faculty, staff and friends will read this Dickens' classic for a live audience.
The performance in Wilner Auditorium is open to the public. A $3 donation, which will go toward
performing arts scholarships, is requested. Tea and
cookies will be served.
The adaptation of "A Christmas Carol" is by Dick Welsbacher, WSU theater professor emeritus. Joyce
Cavarozzi, associate professor, is director.
Cast members include Welsbacher as Scrooge, Wayne Bryan of Music Theatre of Wichita as Marley's
Ghost, Kathy Page-Hauptman of Stage One as the
Ghost of Christmas Past, David Black as the Ghost of
Christmas Present, Bobby and Ellie Patton from
WSU as Mr. and Mrs. Cratchit. A host of WSU theater
students will read various other parts. Linda Starkey
of WSU will provide vocal music.
