Four-eyed Turtle - Sacalia bealei

This is the only representative for the genus Sacalia. It occurs in southern China and northern Vietnam. It can reach a length of 14.3 cm. As the name suggests, this turtle looks as if it has four eyes on the top of it's head. There are intricately marked ocelli on either side of the head. I have also seen this species referred to by the common name of Six-eyed turtle. This specimen died in captivity.
