What Can We Do For You?
We will work with you, the attorney, to economically prepare the most effective case possible. this includes locating, retrieving and documenting evidence, such as audio and video evidence, written witness statements and reports. Often we are retained to serve summons, subpoenas and court orders quickly. Our rates are only 20-25% of attorney rates, thus keeping the preparation cost down, while increasing the amount of factual knowledge available to present to the court. We also work for lower rates on appointed cases, with the courts paying the costs.
