Hello!

My name is Pauline Marie.

This is a wonderful way to meet people and make new friends.

I'd like to share my interests with you and gradually build my pages into a site that my friends will visit often.

I love the outdoors and walking in the woods with my dog.

I love being with my special friend and sharing moments of quiet magic.

And books:

of romance and history,

Fantasy and faerie,

Poetry --- oh yes --poetry:

ideas, emotions and associations encased in crystal words.

And Music:

the soaring logic of Bach, brooding Beethoven, the enchantment of Grieg

huge Mahler and gentle Chopin.

I love to tune music to my moods... and they have many shades...

I love art ..painting, doing portraits of my friends and sketching the landscape around my home

Hills and old barns, maple and oak... and ever lasting, horizon striding fir and whispering pine.

And I love making new friends and talking about things only another woman can understand Men can be insensitive at times, although we love them. For instance, my cyberpartner told me that her boyfriend could never understand what took her so long in the public washrooms. She told him and it was hilarious!
