Notes:  The Rams won their third straight game and increased their NFC West lead to three games while becoming the first visiting team to win a Monday night game in 1974. After San Francisco, which lost its sixth straight game, had pulled to within the final margin when second-half quarterback Norman Snead connected with Gene Washington with 6:53 left, the Rams lost the ball on a fumble, but linebacker Isiah Robertson regained possession for Los Angeles by intercepting a Snead pass, with 4:09 to go. The Rams then ran out the clock to preserve the victory.
