• Extra Curricular Activities: Senator at Large for the UH-Hilo Student Association, Volunteer Teacher at Hilo Hongwanji Betsuin, Student Member of the UHH Congress General Education Commitee and the Academic Advising Committee, Member of the UH-Hilo Student Association Legislative Affairs Committee, Undergraduate Fellow of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators' Minority Undergraduate Fellows Program (NASPA MUFP)

• Favorite foods: Japanese curry, most Chinese food (ixnay on the seafood though!), most Italian food, and Chicken Lahaina Burritos from Maui Tacos
• Places Traveled (besides anywhere on the Big Island): O'ahu (too many times to count), Maui, Kaua'i, Japan (3 times), Nevada, California (2 times), Missouri, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Washington, Canada, and Rhode Island
• Religious Affiliation: Jodo Shinshu Buddhist (Mahayana Pure Land)
• Places I hang out: Mostly at school during the week. On the weekends, there is a very good chance you will find me walking around downtown Hilo
