Thank you for visiting my first web page (in years) hosted by Angelfire. I can't wait to LAND and find some job stability in my life, especially since I need to work another 10 to 15 years. Most upsetting was a radio spot yesterday that projected 450,000 IT jobs will be lost to off-shoring in India over the next 10+ years as an American business cost-cutting measure. I thought there were enough problems with the increased numbers of H1-B visas. And I thought I was having a difficult time right now! I'm continuing my education at Harper and will receive my Web Application Development Certificate this time next year. After that I'll follow up with the Web Design Certificate and maybe some network classes to understand LAN's for home use, but at some point if I haven't landed an IT-related job, I'll be looking into career counseling.
