Once somebody figures out the exact number combination (meaning that A774 isn't the same as 47A7), a new version of the card is uploaded, but with only one of the four numbers on it, like these:
Now, once the exact number combo for that card is figured out again (by a different person), another number will be added to the card, like one of these:
Once again, when the exact number combo is figured out a third time, a third number will be added to the card, like the following:
And when the exact number combo has been figured out a fourth time, the last number will be added to the card, like this:
