I have been coaching track for 36 years and 31 of those at SM West. I have no favorite workout. I am just happy to be able to get out and run and be able to do the running in a remote area where it is very peaceful. I enjoy trail running. I attended Wayne State College, Wayne , Nebraska. I ran cross country and track. It was a very enjoyable experience. I teach German at SM West High School.
