I wanted to show you some local Web sites, which newcomers or visitors to Sterling, Colorado, may find interesting. This town has a number of Victorian houses (just one reason we like Sterling).   The town is very underrated, and is very ready to grow while naturally resisting growth and change. We and all the residents like small town charm! I hope you like Sterling too!

Internet service providers I would look into include:

Kentec Communications
This be "us", one of the newest ISP's in town. Parked right downtown Sterling, with all local
equipment/ownership/employees. (Also the best modem/user ratio I've ever seen actually
kept up as the user base grows.)

Premier Systems Unlimited
A small ISP in Yuma, CO.

Rocky Mountain Internet (formerly StoneHenge), an ISP in Denver, had some local modems/equipment in Sterling for dialup. They were bought by RMI, who now owns the local equipment.

Sterling Online Services - another small, locally owned (as far as I know) ISP located in Akron, CO ... apparently provides dialup access locally for RuralNet customers.
