This is a new-to-us fire truck we purchased in the summer of 2000, it was built for us by Emergency Vehicles in Mayfield Kansas. It was placed in service in July of 2000, since then we have used it for structure fires, vehicle fires, and more specifically for grass fires. It is an International Chassis with the box custom built for us, by our specifications, since then we have had a "twin" to it produced and placed in Spearville (Engine-51), we have also learned that there are a few more in the building process, for surrounding towns.
