It was a fantastic experience. I got to see every detail, every wave and wiggle...each beat of my baby's little heart (and how fast it was!). This little one could barely hold still long enough to have his/her picture taken. But, finally, we managed to capture the hard work of so many weeks in one precious ultra sound snap shot...

Ultra Sound Photo- aka: Our Miracle

It's not entirely work that's kept me busy though...but variations on pregnancy problems. My biggest "distraction" is the complete and utter exhaustion that I've been suffering since the very get-go of this pregnancy. It keeps me from feeling, and doing, my best each day. Often, I would like nothing better than to sleep all day and never leave the warm confines of my own bed.

On top of this I've become very active in the September 2000 Expecting Board, not only applying for the Co-Community Leader position with my friend Renay (renaytx) but participating in:

Also, many other things have occured in these past days (including the already mentioned reasons) to keep me so busy:

• Firstly: A bout of sickness...appearing as sore, red throats.
  
• Secondly: Another illness, this time in the case of a nasty stomach flu...that managed to effect both Erin and I.
  
• Thirdly: And yet ANOTHER bought of ill health...this time in the form of head colds, that again put a damper on daily life.
  
• Fourthly: Ash'Lee's (my neice's) birthday at Chuck-E-Cheeses.
  
• Fifth: The selling of our truck and boat.
  
• Sixth: Eastern Washington University's final's week for Brian (and ending of it, thank goodness).
  
• Seventh: The purchase (or more precisely the exchange for) a new entertainment system.
  
• Eighth: Another successful and happy Ob/Gyn appointment (March 15th, 2000) where again we heard a marvelously strong, steady heart beat at 158bpm (the little "miracle" didn't want to hold still!).
