Four Water Methods Boxing

The ”Four Water Methods Boxing” is an internal system of Martial Arts,
based on the Chinese Kung-Fu styles of Xing-I, Ba-Gua, and Tai-Chi.

It was created in 2012 by Klaus Schuhmacher after nearly 40 years of practice,
and research in several fields of Chinese Martial Arts.

Contrary to Grandmaster Sun Lutang, who combined Wu/Hao Tai-Ji, Xing-I, and Ba-Gua
to create the forms of his "Sun" style Tai-Ji-Quan, Klaus choose to focus on Self Defense,
and health aspects at the formation of his ”Four Water Methods Boxing”.

Unlike the most Chinese Martial Arts styles, the ”Four Water Methods Boxing”
does not teach any forms or Chinese terms. So it is easier, faster to learn,
and suites adult students of all ages.

SOME OF THE TEACHINGS ARE:

4 DIRECTIONS OF FIGHTING

4 CATEGORIES OF STANCES

4 BREATHING METHODS

4 MEDITATION EXERCISES

4 PRINZIPLES FOR SELF DEFENSE

4 WAYS OF KICKING
