Our School-- This school was of the latest circular open design of the late 1960's. More recently, we are divided into quads, with special areas for "Explo", music, band, and P.E. Our Students--We have (in 2001-2002) 400 students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Our Teachers--Our students are served by a dedicated staff of 24 Core Teachers and 11 "Explo" Teachers. We have a very active Special Ed. Service Support Staff--All the academic and other services are supported by 20 employees in administration, food service, and maintenance. We are the EAGLES...
We work to improve reading comprehension and math problem solving. We emphasize improved social skills to provide a safe school environment appropriate for learning.
