please read this if it is the only thing that you read from my page
Ok so most of you probably don't know this but I have made the best decision that I have ever made in my whole entire life time. I recently attended a winter Christian camp and met many many new and exciting people. I know that this may sound corny, but I frankly don't care what all of you think, because if you dont accept me for who I am, then you are not a true freind. When I gave my life to the lord, it was drastically changed for the better. I used to get all sorts of e-mails about God's love for me and that he will never foresake me, and yeah I admit that I actually thought that the people sending them to me where nut cases, but a freind of mine changed that all by invited me to go to a camp even though I had only attended the church once. I was sooooo scared about trying to find new freinds and the only thought that went through my mind was that I was gonna be a loner all weekend, but after I got a chance to get a little bit more comfortable with the people around me I began to open my mind and soul for Jesus Christ.
You all are probably thinking, "Oh my gosh, Skippy is a nut," and that is perfectly fine, but I have always lived by the saying that you should never knock it until you try it. I am not trying to preach and get you to go to God and give up your religion, because if you were to do that and you didn't give all your heart , all your trust, all your soul, and all your love, then you will be turned down, and you would be worse off then you were before with your old religion. Since I read and believe the Bible I will tell you about this, in Revelation(the last book in the bible), it talks about how you will be judged for heaven and hell. Revelation 3:15-16 "'(15)I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish you were one or the other!(16) But since you are like lukewarm water I will spit you out of my mouth'" This is saying that if you dont have all trust and love in God then you will be "spit"-thrown- out of his glory. I hope that you guys will consider giving your life to the lord. I promise that if you do this and put all your trust and love into your love for God, your life will be so much better and you will wake up to a great morning everyday. It won't be easy because of ridicule and being close to God. All that you have to do is go to a nearby church and talk to the paster about being saved and he will most likely be happy to bring you into the kingdom of God. Please at least take into consideration what I have just said. If you know me, come and talk to me about maybe going to a Wednesday church service. You can give your life to the Lord with paster Ray Bently. Please come and talk to me and we can make arrangements to get you into a really good church.
