Strawberry Rice Cake
(Ichigo Daifuku)


200g--------------------200gRice flour (Shiratamako)
400g--------------------Sweet bean jam

  1. Pat the strawberries dry with a paper towel. Put the strawberries into the bean jam and roll it into a ball. (12 balls)
  2. Mix rice flour, sugar, and water.
  3. Cover the Mixture 2 with saran wrap.
  4. Then, heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix it with a wooden spoon.
  6. Heat again and mix again and repeat until it becomes almost transparent.
  7. Spread dry flour on both hands.
  8. Take a spoonful of the mixture with a wet spoon.
  9. Press it in your hands.
  10. Place the strawberry in the middle and wrap with the mixture.
