Thank you for the interest in my knives. I began making knives in 1996. All of
my knives are made by the stock removal method. This site was designed for
you to see some of the knives I make and to show the quality of my work. The
knives shown in the 1999 and the 2000 gallery are one of a kind knives and
are made one at a time. Some may look alike but differ in materials, file
work, gold work and so on. The knives in the Everyday Carry section are made
by pattern.
Most of the folders I make are of the liner design. I do make other type locks by request. I use a wide variety of materials in my knives. The damascus I use comes from top makers of damascus. Ivory and pearl are of the highest quality I can find. Other materials I use include any type of steel that's available for blades and bolsters. Scale material will include micarta, carbon fiber, G-10, titanium and so on. Just too much to fully go into here. I will work with a customer's design and request of certain materials, gold work, file work and so on.
