It focuses mainly on using Wigglytuff's do the wave attack and with all the other pokémon being basic you can lay them down fast. I switched the gust of winds for Plus Power's to try and get prizes quiker. Once I get more scoop ups I'll toss them in there not to heal my pokémon but to prevent my opponent from taking a prize. Electabuzz, Scyther and Magmar are awesome pokémon plus they're basic! It's good against Psychic and Fighting because I have resistance. It's also good against water and some grass cards too.

Deck Explanation
This deck can beat you in a lot of ways. First, Psychic is only weak to Psychic, which means it's strong against it also. And Lightning is weak against Fighting, but Psychic crushes Fighting. So it's very hard to beat this deck with the strengths and weaknesses. And if you try to build up a lot of energy cards on a Pokemon, Mewtwo can make you hurt for doing it. But if you try to use very little energy cards, and use attacks like Hitmonchan's "Jab", the energy removal will make that Pokemon useless. And I've never run into a problem with the energy in this set. It doesn't have many Pokemon, so it needs less energy. Plus the fact that this set isn't too hard to make, this is my favorite deck.
