ok so this may not be a code but if you want to catch a ditto get a magikarp
at level 5 that only knows splash ditto will transform and not be able to
hurt you for an easy-peasy-garentessy ditto!

3:Catch Safari Zone Pokemon Outside the Safari Zone
Go into the Safari Zone. Waste all of your time walking around the patch of grass where the Pokémon you want is. When the time is up, surf to Seafoam Islands and surf up and down the right (east) coast, half on water half on land. All the Pokémon that were in that patch of grass will show up! Note: You don’t have to have seen a certain Pokémon on that trip in the Zone, as long as the Pokémon can be found in that area of the Zone.- Emily
4:Over 100 of an item
First, put the item you want duplicated sixth on your list. Then go to Viridian City. Talk to the guy who is near the north exit. (He says something about coffee when you talk to him, so if he doesn’t say something about coffee it’s not him.) When he asks of you are in a hurry, say no. When he’s done talking, talk to him again. Say no to his questions again. After the second time, fly to Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down the east (right) coast, half on water, half on land. Missingno. will appear. Beat him, and the item sixth on your list will be duplicated! There will be a symbol and a number. I think this gets you 129, but I’m not sure. (Try duplicating Rare Candies (to raise your Pokémon’s level big time), Master Balls (So you can use them on more than one Pokémon), or Nuggets (To get lots of money when you sell them).- Emily
5:Level 100+ Pokemon
Follow these instructions to catch pokemon with really high levels.
1.Talk to the old man in Viridian City who shows you how to catch
pokemon.
2.Fly directly to Cinnabar Island.
3.Put your strongest pokemon on your team.
4.You might want to save now.
5.Surf on the shore where the land touches water.
6.Keep Surfing until you run into one of these strong pokemon.
These pokemon are well above level 100. Unfortunately, they will revert back to Level 100 if they gain any experience points. Rare Candy is the only thing that raises their level. They can be used in a two-player battle without losing their level, so have fun liquidating your friends!- Emily
Before you plan on catching over level 100 Pokemon, you may want to us the item duplicating code to get over 100 Master Balls.
6:Master Ball Cheat
When you throw any ball (especially Great Ball), hold up and B right after you throw it or press up and A. Hold it right after you throw it and let go before it cracks open to catch the Pokemon. If you did it right it will act as a Master ball.
7:Handy Tips
Poison Type Pokémon can’t be poisoned.
Raise Pokémon from the lowest level possible. A level 22 Nidoran raised from level 2 is more powerful than a Nidoran you caught at level 22 in the Safari Zone.
Don’t use stones to evolve Pokémon until they learn all their moves.
There are five Moon Stones. Three are visible, and two are not.
1. In the upper left-hand corner of the first floor of Mt. Moon
2. In the basement of the Game Corner
3. In the bottom-right corner of Rt. 2 (You need CUT)
4. In Mt. Moon, before the Supernerd’s platform, there is a corridor 4 spaces long and 1 wide. Go to the end of it Press A and you have a Moon Stone.
5. In the Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar, Go up the right side of the right-side pillars. Face each one from the right and press A.
