Kiumi, up close and personal
Kiumi is a very pretty girl. She looks like her mom and acts like her dad. (Minus the constant swearing Anthony does.*hehehe*) She attends Sei/Mei and is somewhat the "popular" one. As Neo Jupiter, she is totally the opposite her normal attitude. She is very aggressive, like her parents.

Jupiter Neo Power, Make up
Kiumi says this to transform into Neo Sailorjupiter.
Kiumi's forehead glows with the sign of Jupiter as
beams of green energy shoot from all places above
her and when the last one hits, it flashes, and when
it clears, she's in her fuku and she does her stance.
Lightening Plasma
This is Neo Jupiter's defensive attack.
An antenna raises from her tiara jewel, collecting
lightening from around her and it forms into one
huge thunder bolt, then she grabs it and tosses it
at her target, eletricuting them.
Lightening Eclispe
This is Neo Jupiter's offensive attack.
Again, an antenna raises from her tiara jewel,
then, and eclipse happens in the sky, mesmorizing
the target, and she collects the thunder, then
when it finishes, the thunder flies out and
elecricutes the target.
