The one I love cannot see past
All the hate directed towards me.
She has no idea how much she means to me
and it kills me every moment I see her.
Am I ugly?
Am I stupid?
I wish I knew
What I was in her eyes.
What hurts me even more
is that I know she knows
everybody knows that I like her.
Maybe the pain killer can be found
Within someone else's love
Until then, what am I to do?
