The Rat Master You probably think I'm a villain, don't you? Humph! Then tell me, what would you do if someone tried to take away your cave? Don't I have a right to defend what is mine?
All I wanted was to be left alone with my best friends, the rats. But noooooooo, the Town Council kept building closer and closer to my cave - factories spewing filth into the air, polluting the water, people everywhere. And now they want to put a new road right in front of my cave! Next thing you know they'll put a brautwurst stand right in front of my secret entrance! And then where will the rats and I go?
ENOUGH! I won't stand for it. That's why I asked my ratty friends to scamper through their city of Hamelin. That young Piper happened along just in time to get recruited to call them back. I knew the Town Council wouldn't pay the Piper - the cheapskates.
Oh, the Town Council will claim it isn't possible, of course. Well then, I'll just keep their children here in my cave until they change their mind. If I keep them here long enough, the Town Council will eventually agree to anything.
But first I'll have to get rid of that pesky Piper...
