What do we think? Hmmm...let me see...Okay. What if for every tooth she takes, a baby receives his/her first tooth! So for every tooth that is lost - a new one grows. She really doesn't have millions of teeth because they have all been "recycled"!

Now how did she ever get this job? Well, she probably decided one day that too many teeth were going to waste. So she started her own "tooth business". She must really love her job, because she has been doing it forever!
