HELP
When using a bordered background, text or images will
normally run over the border of the background. To avoid
this, cut and paste these lines of html code on to your
page. Right click on "spacer.gif" located below
and click SAVE AS.
Note: The line stating TD WIDTH=10%, can be changed according
to the size of your border. Although 10% is the normal size.
