To begin with, try this puzzle from Ishani. Cody doesn't have one but Hickok does. Teaspoon Hunter uses it everyday but Sam Cain didn't. Noah was born with his and Emma Shannon got hers when she married. Lou and Ike do just fine without one, and Kid --- well, we'll never know about him.
