Respected Biradari Members,

In the meeting of Executive body held on 14^th August, it was decided to celebrate Janam Ashtami at Kashmir Bhavan as per the following schedule

  Thursday, September 2^nd, 2010

 4:30 pm onwards

  Main attraction will be a cultural programme by the members. Singers are requested to come prepared with Bhajans/Songs. Pakora, Nadir Monji, Kehva, Fruits and Chole’- Puri would be served. A Contribution of Rs 100 per adult has been fixed.Children below 12 are free. Members are also free to offer by way of any special treats that can add spice to the entire function. You may contact the organising committee for any clarifications.

 5.00 pm          Children's Programmes- Fancy Dress Competition, Sholaka recitation,

                         Bhakti songs, Speech on Janam Ashtami, Any other creative

                         Contribution on the theme Radha- Krishna, Balmukund,

 7.00 pm              Quiz related Janam Ashtami/Krishna Bhagwaan

  7.30 pm             Bhagwaan Krishna Katha and Bhajans by all.

 We expect Shri S.K. Bhan, Ms. Girija Kachroo and Ms. Vineeta Khazanchi to add colour to the event through their God gifted talent.

 Participating children are requested to reach at 3:30 pm so that they can go through one round of practice. The best two performances will be rewarded with a cash prize of Rs. 500 each.
