Rocky Road
- ...it's on 20 rocky, hilly, forested acres
- ...its well is 270 feet deep, and the water is pumped out into a cistern by a real working windmill
- ...it's passive solar -- with two woodstoves for back-up heat
- ...it has a sauna with its own woodstove
- ...the farm was certified organic
- ...the barn is a perfect Goat Barn
- ...the driveway is one third of a mile long!
- ...it was hand-built by Joe Schnebel and family
- ...there are lots of built-in cabinets and shelves
- ...it's double-wall brick and stone
- ...there's a creek, two greenhouses, even a working outhouse
- ...There's an orchard, vinyard, and a waterfall
- ...when you stand at the highest point...you can see forever...and you see NO HOUSES, NOTHING MANMADE...all you can see are fields, forest and sky!
A wintry Rocky Road
