David Duchovny (A.k.a. Fox Mulder)

Born and raised in New York City, David Duchovny attended Princeton University where he played one season as shooting guard on the school’s basketball team. He then went to Yale for graduate school, obtaining a master’s agree in English Literature before continuing on towards a Ph.D. Prior to his award-winning work on “The X-files” Duchovny achieved fame by playing the role of Dennis/Denise Bryson, the transvestite detective and David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks” and as Jake. He also played himself on HBO’s “The Larry Sanders Show.” He has won both the Golden Globe Award and the Sag Award for Outstanding Actor in a Television series for his work on “The X-files.”

Gillian Anderson (A.k.a. Dana Scully)

Born in Chicago, Gillian Anderson moved to London, England when she was two. Her family returned to the United States when she was eleven, settling in Michigan. There she began performing at City High School and in community theaters, where she developed a passion for acting. In college, she studied at the Goodman Theater School at Chicago’s DePaul University, where she obtained her BFA degree. After graduation, she moved to New York City, where she co-starred in Christopher Hamption’s “The Philanthropist” at Long Wharf Theater. She went on to receive a Theater Word Award for her performance in Alan Ayckborne’s “Absent Friends” at the Manhattan Theater Club. She won both the Golden Globe Award and the SAG Award for Outstanding Actress in a Television Drama for her work on “The X-files”. She also earned critical acclaim for her worm in the Miramax film, “The Mighty”, which premiered in Los Angeles and New in October 1997.

Mitch Pileggi (A.k.a. Assistant Director Walter Skinner)

Mitch Pileggi was born on April 5th 1952 in Portland, Oregon. He grew up in various locations all over the U.S. and the world. Now he lives in Valencia, Calif. He is 6'2" and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Mitch is married to Arlene Rempel, 30, who is Gillian Anderson's stand-in on The X-Files. His hobbies include working out, reading and roller-blading. His favorite authors include Anne Rice, Stephen King, Ernest Hemingway, John Steinbeck, Kurt Vonnegut and Michael Crichton. After a recurring guest role on Dallas as Morrisey (1978), he landed guest spots on China Beach (1988) and Alien Nation (1989). He had several minor roles on the big screen, including appearances in Basic Instinct (1992), It's Pat (1994), and Vampire in Brooklyn (1995) but is best known for his role as assistant FBI director Walter Skinner on Golden Globe and Emmy-award winning show The X-Files (1994– ).
