Welcome to the site that will bounce you to Saskatoon’s first Internet radio station. This station will feature 100% Saskatchewan material and will be broadcast using WinAmp and Shoutcast. Dedicated to promoting Saskatchewan talent, this station will be from here on known as "The Chill."

Your host will be me, Tim Holtorf. I have worked at CJGX in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, CJYM/CFYM Rosetown, CKOM in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Power 99 FM/900 CKBI in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, CJAR in The Pas, Manitoba, CKDM in Dauphin, Manitoba and CJVR in Melfort, Saskatchewan.

Also, The Chill will feature a music genre not experienced by any listener in the province. One other DJ, Chris Schultz, will be bringing his sound of music to the air waves as Saskatoon and Saskatchewan will be rocked with such artists as Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Korn, Orgy and much more.

A third aspect has jumped on board as well, as my girlfriend, Jodi Banner will also be letting lose with her own flare of music. An all female show. Every artist she will be playing will be women, and none of them are main stream, so no Celine Dion, Shania Twain or Sarah McLaughlin (except maybe her early stuff). Jodi is presently working on obtaining a degree in music from the University of Saskatchewan.

Add onto that, Pearce Kilgour, another broadcast veteran, who will pound out some great punk tunes. Some of the punk bands that he will be playing are from Saskatchewan and will also be featured in the 100% Saskatchewan show. Pearce has worked at other stations such as Key 83 in Wainwright, Alberta and CJYM-CFYM in Rosetown.

Finally, a classmate of mine at the Heinze institute, Roger Lux, will also show off his own brand of music. Be prepared for everything with this man. He's got it all.

You are about to embark with us on an incredible journey. The Chill is Saskatoon’s first Internet radio station. No, we aren’t the first station to broadcast on the ‘Net, but we are the first Saskatoon radio station that broadcasts ONLY on the ‘Net. And we are the first dedicated to showcasing Saskatchewan talent.
