TEMPERAMENT: Highly aggressive,sophisticated criminal mind, easily blurred by violent mood swings. Extremely fierce temper, which can be set off by the slightest offence. Judgement can be marred by this aggressiveness, but when he's on a roll he's REALLY on a roll.
He's smart,cunning and very driven in his pursuit of a goal.He does whatever necessary to get what he wants. Has the normal(?) mindset of a middle-class white male, apart from the psychotic aspect. =))Is able to manipulate a given situation, and appear calm and friendly.
Don't be fooled though. He's one mean little guy!

SPECIAL ABILITIES: urhmmmm........???????? Extensive knowledge of firearms, and the rituals of the voudoun religion.And of course, because he's a doll, is able to fool people into thinking he is...only a doll (doo doo doo doo)

Charles Lee Ray probably had a loooong record of juvenile criminal activity, anti-social behaviour and all the usual trappings that go with your non-sociopathic homicidal maniac.

Eventually, of course, his perverse sense of humor resulted in a murder, followed by another and another and another....is he crazy? Personally, I doubt it.I think he's just bad. He likes to kill,he likes to hurt, so he does it.

You may have noticed in his life as a doll, he's incredibly sloppy.Is that just cause he's a doll, and isn't overtly concerned with being found out? Maybe. Me, I think he was always that sloppy. People don't just change their M.O's like that, it's rooted in their psyche. Probably it was this sloppiness that lead to his eventual tracking down and perusal by the good ole(bleugh) CPD.A high speed chase ensues, in which the beloved Chucky is SHOT! And breaks into a toy store to escape his pursuiters.

Aware he is about to die, Chucky looks for a suitable "host" for his soul - and partly on a whim, and mostly cuz it's the only thing available, he pulls one of the popular "Good Guy" dolls out of it's box and begins the pseudo-latin chant, with a whole lot of voudoun god name-dropping thrown in for good measure.

Chucky is born!!

So Chucky sets about his original goal of killing those who betrayed him and "killed" him - all the while unsure exactly of what to do with this body. So he goes to visit his voudoun mentor "Doctor Death" aka John, who infomrs him that unless he get's out of that doll body quick smart,or else he'll haveta spend the rest of his life in there!!

Chucky, being the egotistical,horny, social butterfly that he is, decides that a doll's body would interupt his schedule and life as he knows it, so he determines to find a new body - that of 8 yr old Andy Barclay. Then that of 8yr old Ronald Tyler.Then some other dude whose name I don't know yet, as BoC is not yet released.....

And so the "Child's Play" adventures begin.
