Steve and Vicki Quade here and we welcome your comments and questions.
We both love our 1965 red Karmann Ghia coupe as much as we love Blues music,
which you can tell by the name we gave our little red baby--"Lucille", after
B. B. King's famous guitar, since B. B. is number one in our collection
of Blues artist. Lucille has only been in our family since June 1998,
but our love of the Blues goes way back!
For two years we both had a major part in the creation and stability of the
Wichita Blues Society newsletter, but now we are affiliated with the
Kansas City Blues Society and have writen articles for the newsletter.
We have reviewed CD's of new and established Blues artist
and rarely are we disappointed in the outcome.
So many new Blues artists are making their debut that we are amazed
by the talent that has come to our attention.

We have two children. Luke, who is 20 and a freshman at BCCC and
Crystal, who is 22 and lives in Shreveport, Louisiana
They won't let me add their pictures to the page. Picky, huh?

And anyone who knows Volkswagons,
knows that, at times,
they can sure give you the Blues!!
We also have another baby, at least she thinks she is a baby!
Yet when she is on alert, she is a fantastic guard!
Her name is B. B., short for Bonnie Blue.
As you can see, she is sitting up for the camera.
She loves to run after her toys, and talks to you when she wants you to play,
give her a bite of your food, or let her outside.
But unless you know her well, don't try to pet her!
She will let you know she doesn't associate with strangers!
Yet when she knows you, she will tolerate anything you do to her.
She's our sweet little protector!
We also have another dog who goes by the name "Bosha". She is Luke's dog.
She is part boxer and part black lab, but looks like a chocolate boxer.
Her tongue is long and she very rarely misses with her kisses, but don't
make her mad or you see her teeth. She has learned from B.B. to protect
the house ferociously. Only those invited are welcome by them in our house.
We have set up this page for those
who would like to know alittle something about our family.
Not to solicite unwanted mail from people wanting to sell us something!
Our pet frog eats all unwanted mail, so please don't send us junk!
