Up until now, women don't have the right to vote in Argentina. However, with the formation of the "Partido Peronista Femenino (the Women's Peronist Party)," this quickly changed. Eva won Argentinian women the right to vote.

Even amidst her success as a leader of a political party, public opinion of Eva wavers. Many thought she was turning her back on the real problems, or, as Che put it, "Turn a blind eye, Evita, turn a blind eye."
