This is one of my most fondest childhood memories. I remember the awesome looking chase scenes and how that evil thing in the basement sang that goofy toon.
The main character is named Ash Lambert(Bruce Cambell,as pictured above). He and a couple of his friends go to stay in a log cabin in the woods. They find a cassete player and play the tape that was inside. The tape unleashes an evil force that starts killing people.
Then Ash must save himself by using a magic book called the Necronomican. I strongly suggest that you see all three of these movies
Recently, Ash vs Army of Darkness was released, it has some behind the scenes looks and trailers and stuff like that. I havent had a chance to watch it yet but when I do I'll tell ya more
