The "Feast Of Bast" is celebrated on October 31. This Mardi Gras like "Feast of Bast" was celebrated with much merry making, music, dancing, drinking. In Her earliest forms Bast is portrayed as a lion-headed Goddess, like her twin sister - Sekhmet. After 1000 B.C.E., Bast is depicted with the body of young woman with the head of a domestic cat.
