Karen reprises her role as Rudolf the all-powerful blue dog in The Blue Puppies Cycle at the hip and fabulous The Chocolate Factory in NYC.  November/December 2007.

Meet the Christiansons: husband Tom. Reads the paper. Wife Pamela. Likes to dust. And Rudolf. Canine. Blue. All-powerful. With a big blue chip on his shoulder. He likes to defy the laws of physics all over the guests. Hey, was that the doorbell?  The show so nifty, you'll have to see it more than once.  Written and directed by David Vining.

Karen stars in a workshop of experimental zombie piece The Zombie Chronicles at the Brooklyn Arts Exchange. 

The Chronicles are some seriously fun art.  Six ten minute plays, each highlighting a different theatrical element (sound, lights, language, movement, set, costumes) and each featuring zombies.  You read that right – zombies.
