The Mess That Chevron Made

I wish I could use this web page to show everyone what a beautiful place we have. At one time, it really was pristine. Even though we had some oil and gas operations on the property, the contractors used to go to great lengths to keep from being intrusive, keep things clean, and lessen the impact on the environment as much as possible. However, three months ago, Chevron drilled a new gas well on the property. In doing so, they demonstrated what irresponsible and sloppy pigs they really are. Although I was paid "surface damages" for the trees and landscape they destroyed in putting in the well, I do not collect any royalties off of the operations, and I certainly am not paid to operate a garbage pit, landfill, or an open-air roadside bathroom. Believe me, if I had a choice in the matter, I would not have let them set foot on this property. Please check the links below to see what we have to put up with on a daily basis. When clicking the links below, please allow time for the pics to load. I cropped them as much as possible, but if you are on dialup, you will have to be patient. If you have any comments on this site, you can email me at the link below.

Do Chevron employees and contractors do this in their own yards?

So there's no doubt . .
Let's take a walk . .
I don't get it.
Now I know what 'raised is a barn' means. (hold your nose)
The platform
The pit
