If you are 19 years old - or if you will be 19 before July 2004 - you could represent your country on the project.
We are currently recruiting bright, thoughtful and funny 19 year olds from around the globe to contribute thoughts and opinions.
Each week we will email the members of our panel with a question about life.
We will ask them to think about the question for a few days and then email us with their thoughts.
At the end of the project we will distill the opinions into a book.
The book will be a picture of the thoughts of a generation. Every contributor will be credited personally.
