The way my life changed

Here I was very happy because I knew that nothing would stop me this time.
I was weighting 280 lbs.
January 24/ 2001

After 41 days of changing my eating lifestyle I
had a total lost of 23 pounds. My actual weight here is 271 lbs.

Today, May 2, after losing 45 pounds in 16 weeks I'm weighing 249, my short goal weight.

How have I done it?
I allow myself to eat anything I want, but I make sure I eat quality, nutrient-rich calories, I divide this in 5 small meals, get tons of fiber, and eat a lean protein at each meal. I drink lots of water, exercise daily, watch the portions, the fat and the sugar. I Zigzag the calories I consume each day, and I never allow myself to quit. I have my ups and my downs but giving up has never been an option, and I think it has also helped me a lot that I've never been in a hurry, I just take each day as it comes, and every day I focus on giving my best
