An ultra-futuristic party zone in Tokyo; you can get there via a special train (if you ride in front, it's like a roller coaster) or by riverboat from Asakusa. It houses a beach (inlet from the ocean), a tv station, multiple shopping centers/movie theaters, a monstrous game center, a huge ferris wheel, an amusement park, and a Toyota factory/showroom.
