Warm Chicken Salad 2.5 - 5 points

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1) Chicken Soy sauce, corriander, lime juice, sweet chili sauce, garlic, fish sauce(optional) Salad mix, red capsicum, bean shoots. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, corriander and lime juice for as long as you can. (Fish sauce can also be used, but only use a small amount) Soak bean shoots in warm water. Grill chicken until brown. Combine lettuce mix, bean shoots and red capsicum in a bowl and top with grilled chicken. Point value will depend on the type of chicken used. Thighs are the lowest in point value at 2.5. Capsicum can be served raw or grilled when doing the chicken.
