Once upon a time two lonely people decided they

needed to find a way to meet a companion.

One of those people put an add in the personals.

The other decided to call the person who placed the add

That call was followed by several other calls and finally

they got together for coffee at Lyons in Rohnert Park.

Their first meeting was on June 4,1999.

They became good friends and found that they had

a way of making each other laugh and feeling safe

and comfortable. Slowly they found themselves wanting to be

together more and more. Finally they realized that they

loved each other. On New Years Eve 2000 at the exact

stroke of Midnight Larry slipped a ring onto Val's

finger and asked her to marry him. They were

both a bit scared of such a big step

but they decided that this was what they wanted.

All those who have been sent this webpage are invited

to the wedding, which will be in either August,

September, or October somewhere near the ocean in the

year of 2017.
