Well, well, well...here I am! I've made a real page! This is a recording of things I love and things I am. My name is Ashlie, and I quite enjoy having a wide open space to express myself in. Some areas may seem a bit silly, and some may seem rather depressing, but just sort of blend all the emotions together...you'll get me!
I have aspirations of being a writer when I "grow up" (whenever that is), but for now I am a student and a free-lance au pair, meaning I babysit. I also love music and reading. And hugging. Hugging is fun, but not really a life passion for most. Moving on...
All in all, this is a site of mixed interests and delights, submitted and original writings, and a lot of mumble-jumble along the way. Kick back and make yourself at home! Oh yes, and I will have random images smattered in random places...just a warning. Have fun!
Commentary of the Day March 11, 2001: Nothing new for a long time. I'm sorry about the sporadic updates, but hopefully I should become more regulated very soon. I'm also hoping to get some more advanced HTML lessons from friends very soon, so I should get a chance to make the site a bit less rudimentary. I'm working on a new story, yet still want to possibly work on the Sparkles story, as well. Get Over It was a lot better than it looked in the previews.
I love Harry Potter. It's a fantasy book series by J. K. Rowling, and it is one of the greatest discoveries of my childhood so far. I love it so much that I wrote an impossibly complicated story about it, and housed it on a site called...dun dun dun...My Erised. Please go check it out, there's also a guestbook and a message board. But beware of a slightly interesting situation that arose over the ending...erg, nevermind, just go :)
What can I say? I LOVE QUOTES! This is a bit of a collection I had going at the end of year last, but I'm sure that this particular part of the site will frequently expand. I simply love quotes, and plan on gleaning a bunch from the Harry Potter books when I get a chance. Check these out! You'll leave changed...

These are not the only ones that I like, but I think too many of them and you'll start to wonder exactly just what kinda person I am :) Go in, listen to some music clips, run out and count your pennies- you'll want to buy these stupendously priced soundtracks!
Well, you've been asking, and I've finally delivered. This certainly isn't everything I've ever done, but dredging this stuff up is a considerable undertaking.
