- salad with asian-style chicken (in oil of some kind), 2 feta cubes, broccoli, kidney beans, chick peas
- pineapple, watermelon, grapes

EXERCISE:
Walked from home to 13th and 6th and back for one-woman show

FOOD:
- salad with grilled chicken, 2 feta cubes, broccoli, kidney beans, chick peas, lima beans, 2 tbl pesto ranch dressing
- pineapple, watermelon, grapes
- apple
EXERCISE: Walked along Hudson River path from 14th Street to Christopher Street, then over to the east side for bad show--which I walked out of (about an hour walking)

FOOD:

- half a banana, 1 small plum
- raw green beans
EXERCISE:
Walked home from Penn Station; Walked to 13th and 6th and back for one-woman show

- strawberries, pineapple, grapes

- small mocha light frapuccino
EXERCISE:
Walked from 14th to Lafayette and 3rd for show and home from there... then to west movie theater

- cottage cheese, blackberries (at 3am, couldn't sleep for muscle jitteriness)
EXERCISE:
- walked home from 15th and East Union Square for off Broadway show, a little walking to see "Doubt")

- raw green beans with pesto ranch
- blackberries, cottage cheese

Tuesday August 30, 2005
FOOD:
- a small amount of free fruit from the tray
- peanut butter balance bar
- awesome dinner at maz mescal: chips and salsa, 2 margaritas, vegetarian burrito/enchilada/tostada with rice and beans
- 6 or 7 light beers (karaoke bars!)
EXERCISE: sang "Fake Plastic Trees," "Nothing Compares 2U," and "Close To You" at karaoke, drunk dialed BR, drunk blackberried KC, took a drunken 3 am shower, smoked about 100 cigarettes

- half of a veggie burger with cheese, french fries, chocolate chip cookie (necessary for hangover)
